OTHER MOBILITY PROGRAMMES

Registration is addressed to the students enrolled at Higher Education Institutions which have cooperation with Kazimierz Wielki University within the framework of various mobility programmes and projects, Erasmus+ excluded. The students have to be nominated by his/her home HEI to study at Kazimierz Wielki University.

Documents required to be uploaded on the student’s account:

• Application form (downloadable after completing registration)

• Transcript of Records of  the recent studies or copy of the recently achieved University diploma (issued in English or Polish)

• Scanned copy of the passport or national ID (EU citizens)

• Learning Agreement 

• Photograph

Nomination deadlines:
Winter: 1 May
Summer: 1 October

Application deadlines:
Winter: 30 June
Summer: 30 November

Semester dates 2025/26:
Winter semester (exam session included): 1 October 2025 - 15 February 2026
Summer semester (exam session included): 23 February 2026 - 30 June 2026

Welcome week activities 2025/26 (trips, presentations, parties, guided tours, games):
Winter semester: 29 September 2025 - 3 October 2025
Summer semester: 23 February 2026- 27 February 2026

Language courses:
Exchange students are offered complimentary courses of Polish and English. The English course (30hrs, 4 ECTS) can be included in the Learning Agreement.
