OTHER MOBILITY PROGRAMMES

Registration is addressed to the students enrolled at Higher Education Institutions which have cooperation with Kazimierz Wielki University within the framework of various mobility programmes and projects, Erasmus+ excluded. The students have to be nominated by his/her home HEI to study at Kazimierz Wielki University.

Documents required to be uploaded on the student’s account:

• Application form (downloadable after completing registration)

• Transcript of Records of  the recent studies or copy of the recently achieved University diploma (issued in English or Polish)

• Learning Agreement signed by the student and the home instution representative

• Scanned copy of the passport or national ID (EU citizens)

• Photograph

Nomination deadlines:
Winter: 1 May
Summer: 1 September

Application deadlines:
Winter: 1 June
Summer: 1 November

Semester dates 2023/24:
Winter semester (exam session included): 1 October 2023 - 18 February 2024
Summer semester (exam session included): 26 February 2024 - 07 July 2024

Welcome week activities 2023/24 (trips, presentations, parties, guided tours, games):
Winter semester: 2 October 2023 - 6 October 2023
Summer semester: 26 February 2024- 1 March 2024

Language courses:
We offer free of charge 30-hour English language course (4 ECTS) and 30-hour Polish language course paid by the student.
